We will create a beautiful pot of tea in sacred ceremony, taste each of the plants, as well as, in a formula.
Observe their smell, taste, and effects
Journey to one of the focus plants and receive their personal message
Record and reflect your own thoughts on each of the herbs to build a personal materia medica
You will build your herbal knowledge and leave with a detailed information sheet on each of the herbs.
